Eric Shapiro holds mortgage licenses in both Florida and New Jersey. Eric has 24 years of experience working with realtors and mortgage companies while operating his own indoor environmental company, which included teaching, and lecturing nationally and internationally. He has conducted environmental assessments for mortgage companies and underwriters, evaluating homes for mold and water damaged buildings.

Eric Shapiro has a B.A. degree from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA and an M.A. from John Jay College, New York City.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing his guitar, horseback riding, and spending quality time with his family.
